Urgent Appointment

To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday):

  • phone us on 0141 531 6870/6880, Monday to Friday from 8am

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Routine Appointment

To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days:

  • phone us on 141 531 6870/6880, Monday to Friday from 8am t
  • visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm

Practice Nurses

Our practice nurse is available by appointment only to provide services including the review of patients with chronic disorders including asthma, chronic lung disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease  invitation appointments are sent to patients from the practice. The Practice nurse has an active role in health promotion and travel immunisation advice. Please contact our reception staff to book and appointment

Extended Hours

  • 07:45 to 08:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 
  • Friday 07.30 to 8.00

Home visits

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need. 

To request a home visit, it’s helpful if you phone the practice as soon after 8am as possible.

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

To cancel your appointment:

  • using the GP online system via the link at the top of this page
  • phone us on 141 531 6870/6880, Monday to Friday from 8am t
  • reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message

If you need help when we are closed

Greater Glasgow Primary Care Trust is responsible for all out of hours care between 6pm and 8:30pm every day and from 6pm Friday to 8:30am Monday. Glasgow Emergency Medical Services (GEMS) NHS provide this service.

If you genuinely can’t wait until the surgery opens to see a doctor, please contact NHS 24 on Tel: 111 who will offer advice or arrange a consultation with one of the doctors working with GEMS NHS.  This will normally be at one of the emergency centres at various hospitals or clinics in the city.

In a genuine emergency you should call 111. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
