Repeat prescriptions can be requested by using the re-order form attached to your last prescription. Tick the items required and either hand it in at reception or post it to us. If you want it posted back please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
Alternatively you can phone in your request on 0141-531-6875 .If you would like to order your prescription online you are required to complete a simple registration, please see a receptionist for details.
A number of pharmacies can also provide a collection and delivery service.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
